All the dolls come with a wig and eyes. Basic dolls come with acrylic eyes; OOAK (The One) and Limited dolls come with glass eyes

You have the option to choose face-up or no face-up on your doll.

You will need to include your doll’s certificate when you send in parts for repair.

We will also accept repairs without a certificate, but we can provide better service if you have your certificate.
We do offer repair (for a fee) for dolls bought on the secondary market.
